Margaret Klenck was great as Edwina. The show was chock-full of female talent at that time: Lillian Hayman, Jacquie Courtney, Judith Light, Brynn Thayer, Sally Gracie, Robin Strasser... too bad they couldn't have held onto Doris Belack (Anna Craig) and Jill Voigt (the original Rebecca Lee).
@LOLOLUTHER I agree with you - I have heard it said that up until this time ONE LIFE was known for having some of the strongest performers and some of the loveliest ladies in daytime. I don't know if Shelly Birch (Delila) had entered the story yet, but I am sure she created an increase in male viewership.
@CarlD2 If you think about it, Edwina is just the precursor to the character of Blair Cramer. I honestly think Margaret Klenck could have stuck around, I always thought she was a compelling character. Would be interesting to know what Rauch was thinking when he started trimming the cast and shifting direction on the Lords and the Buchanans.

Wearing those jackets drives me a little crazy for some reason - it's like everyone is in Grease.
Edwina seems like a very odd character, and probably would have only fit into OLTL at this time (along with Marco and Karen).
