to be honest i wouldnt recommend the first one, if anything the similarity is greater in call of duty 2, but i'd skip that too as call of duty 4 is way different in gameplay due to the perks. I'd stick to modern warfare 1 or 2 the multiplayer gameplay is the same, just practice search and destroy a lot.

I have a very interesting question. In the campaign, when you kill enemies, and you pick up their guns, do their guns have different attatchments on them? Like lets say u have an ak 47, and you kill another guy and he is using an ak, is it possbile he has an ak with a red dot sight?

yeah all guns are different and u can pick up some guns that have the red laster dot. You just never knw wot the other guy has until u kill him and pick it up then its urs! The action and pace of the game is really fast so it would be hard to judge what an enemy has by him shooting at you, unless your a gun fanatic and can identify the weapon by the sound!

Altho when i played this game again and during training it identified my gamer difficulty as Regular and altho i changed it to easy it prompted me to confirm the change. I think i did well 2nd time round in the training lol

Well i knw the position ur in as im a big fan of gears of war as well and ive never liked or got into COD before until nw! I would definetly recommend you get it. Each level is something different, graphics is really good. It is very fast paced tho. I enjoyed playing it and have pre-ordered my copy!
