what is really rare is heavnly rathalos scales and rathian scales those are rare in monster hunter freedom unite.

to get rathalos ruby you have to kill silver rathalos and for rathian kill gold rathian. These ruby are extremely rare so you have to kill a lot of them. good luck

It's the quest that gives only this amount of time.

And he won when time was over because he did enough damage to the fatalis to repel him. With "elder dragons", you don't have to kill them to win the fight.

I dont get it... how do you actually 'kill' the fata... ive done the fata quest 3 times and it keeps running away... first time it ran away in 25 mins, wichmeans i continue the next time from that hp, but after that, it keeps running away as soon as i deal 4000 damage... why? and it takes me about 40 mins... i did more than 5000 damage in 25 mins the first time.. but after, only 4000 in 40 mins... wtf am i doing different...

if you have the downloaded quest i dont think so if you have the unlocked quest [Clear all Solo Trainings with all weapons, each and every, the ones in the various areas too, and all group trainings with at least 1 weapon] it's possible the unlocked has around 20000HP and you need to deal about 5000DMG until he escapes so actually you could get him but take LG BRL BOMBS+ with you and the things you need for it

beat wyvern of the land and the sky urgent 6* elder quest. clear all elder quests to complete it. you will get heaven and eartg crest from the quest and several silver sol scale and gold rathian shells. with those you can make shining wyvern blade
