Great video. The part of the theme at the end of the bulletin was unique to Melbourne. I remember taping a long version back in 99/00 on victorian floods it was around the time of the East Timor crisis.

None of the theme used in this video was unique to Melbourne... the closer music was used in Perth on a number of occasions as well.
