This is not a lip sync it is badly decoded. The drummer is way out of sync with the sound too.

I don't think she lips syncs, it's just a video / audio timing issue.

WOW we love this song. So cool. i wish we could see her live. After we saw her video Me and my sisters had to learn it to. not as good but someday i hope my sisters can sing like that. Joey jr
