@snokerbonk had the same problem a few years ago. You need to have control over the picking. So play the song slowly for a while then 'start to raise up to speed. OR: Play someother stuff .. you will have control over it. Then when you are going to play wild side again, you will nail it directly :) Good luck!

hey man .. for the life of me i cant work out the rhytm and where the up strokes and down strokes are .. are you doing up and down strokes on the A string (i know tuned down a whole step) in the main riff?? i can play it real slow if i palm mute the 2 open A string notes in between with down strokes but it seems inefficient to do it that way.. how are you doing it in the first bar?

It is a little hard to explain for me and think it through. I am doing all down strokes and palm muting. I think you have it correct, just need to work up to speed.

Thanks. I also have an S5470 and like it alot. I am playing through a Line 6 PodXT live for distortion into the clean channel of a Carvin Legacy with a TC electronics G-Major in the effects loop for reverb and delay.
