I love that fight scene in the forest where they are ambushed by the crossbowmen. I was kind of mad the german dude died though because he was one awesome fighter!!!
@JacksMagicBean lol i been loking for that song on the fight in the forest and by the way the German dude is awesome lol even i think he could be Thor xD
I know that Harry Gregson-Williams used a bit of The 13th Warrior Soundtrack in here, with permission of course....he used something from Valhalla....anyone have that clip? Or any idea where he used it in the film? Cause that's a great movie too, with a good score. BTW, the choral parts at the beginning of Wall Breached are beautiful.
This movie is the best evertold / balanced / capturing film about that era.. It revealed that the humanity needs to be fair on the fire. Human beings need to be unified not separated.. It showed that in every single human being, as basic essences of living creature should/+ have the capacity for love , tolarance and affectivity.. LOOK peacefully enough..you will see eventually
@MateusVIII lol?? wtf and you are correcting me? he's not named salah-ud-din you newbbag, learn your history befoure your speak. but yeah i did it a little wrong i will not regret that.. He is named Salah-al-din not Sal-al-din nor salah-ud-din? dude just stop crossing with people when you dont have a shit to say and btwi do not answer back. idc with you. even though if he's named salah-ud-din or salah-al-din i dont really that care? but historical evidence has it that he was named salah-al-din
@MateusVIII lol haha so now he is named salah-uh-din xD? and before u said he was named salah-ud-din? omg ur really embarrasing yourself kid. :P if you turn up "saladin" <-- (English word.. on wiki or anything whatever you use, you can see that he is named many different things. On purpossels of WHAT language! your speaking ... And Salah-uh-din or Salah-ud-din are not known arabic.. BUT if ur such a arab jerk i can tell you that he is named Salah-ad-din on arabic. see for youself befoure speak!
@zesusdk One more thing.. Salah-al-din is the egyptian word for saladin.. So mine is not incorrect. But even both of those names you just said was both wrong, so start to read a little befoure trying to be a wise guy. NB I have no dislike to you, nor i want but you should really try to learn things...
@zesusdk hey mate wind down a bit :). Let me clear it for you and mateus coz I'm Egyptian and Arabic is my first language. His written name is Salah-al-Deen as you said it.(not Din coz Deen stresses on the ee between D and N, unlike the i that cuts the pronunciation(like the difference between Bin and Bean)). However, It is pronouced Salah-Ud-Deen because the L in "al" is omitted in actual pronounciation if it preceeds certain letters(like D, SH and T etc its a long list of letters).
@Galal0110 Also the reason for typing U instead of A in "al" is that Salah in actual arabic pronounciation is followed by one of 3 complementary sounds (either A, U or EE) depending on the placement of the word in the sentence(subject, object, etc). So Salah-al-Deen can be written as Salah-ad-Deen(object/special case) or Salah-Ud-Deen(subject) or Salah-eed-Deen(special case). Hope this clarifies everything. Cheers and God Bless Salah-ad-Deen's soul. =)
@Galal0110 uhm okey :P well i dont know that much about it coz im Italian, but i have a some interest of his existence and mention. thanks :) so his truely name after written is Salah-al-deen? or "ud-deen"? :p im kinda confused there's so many names that man is given so i barely dont know what the right one is. However Salah-al-din is the way i've heard it around Italy :-) But a great man he was indeed, well to us europeans idunno hehe.. our ansestors was kinda hostile to him. but he was great=)
@zesusdk lol look, to sum it up, his written name is Salah-al-Deen but you will never hear an arab pronounce it like that, we always say it as Salah-ud-Deen :) He sure was a great man. Although your ancestors were hostile to him, most europeans respected him afterwards for his chivalry and ethics. I think hostility came from the greedy kings that wanted wealth and land but there were good kings as well like Baldwin IV and Richard Lionheart who made peace treaties with saladin.
@Galal0110 yea the most hospitallers and crusaders had respect to him. He was a very kindly and wise leader. mention to most of the powermad kings in northern/western Europe :p Well i dont think Baldwin and Lionheart we're chivalry kings as the others. I think they we're afraid of Saladin, due to his arm power, As the Crusaderstate Jerusalem was likely weak besides Saladin and his forces. So they made peace treaties to insure ceasefire due on power balance. Richard loved power as much.....
@zesusdk sory that was a speling mistake, i meant Salah-Ud-Din.and my god you are an asshole, you corect someone and when i show you are wrong you become such an angry and anoing little kid
