@jamesmania99 lol i wish..... although from the december i think they are selling them with the upgrade. woteva u do dont upgrade to 2.1 its pathetic!!!!!!!!!!! freezes everytime i make a god damn phone call, decides not to unlock sometimes, eats my battery and is generally is a pain in the arse. If they were to sort out the software problems it would be an excellent phone but meh.....

Does anybody know if this comes in UK unlocked or only with contract? I'm from Sweden and quite a few people on EbayUK is selling it unlocked. Is that possible? Cause on O2 homepage you can only order it on contract. I was just wondering if the unlocked ones on EbayUK are legit?

also have you checked if the usb lead is exactly like the ipod? and can this sync with iTunes? that would be nice seem as i hate the iphone

What role will you use this device primarily for? I am looking at this device as a personal digital organizer, digital library of work files, entertainment (ebook reader, media player), limited office productivity, then as a communications platform (email, cell phone). The GPS feature seems pretty good as a replacement for vehicle navigation. I might hold out for the 7 inch version.
