@AeonDeity In the original story cinderella went to three balls, the prince wanted to capture cinderella so he put tar on the stairs. when cinderella ran away only 1 shoe got stuck.

this is one of my all time fave films because its the first film to ever cast Cinderella as another race and i love how the whole cast is interracial, the slipper fell off because it was supposed to, she did not run back home in glass slippers she ran home in a boot and a sock, and yes there are loads of women with her shoe size but the shoe was made for only her to wear and no one else, magic or fate work in strange ways stop trying to analyse this just appreciate the beauty of the magic
