Karyn this video is so powerful it brought tears to my eyes. The whole idea of safety - I never realized how important safety is to me - I was both bullied and a bully and I haven't let go of either in 30 years!
You also touch on courage. I'm thinking how I can let myself have courage to step out in new ways. I hope that you will address the issue of courage in future videos. Thank you so much.
