Hello , may i ask what is the maximum range of your rifle and how many people do you play with ?? because i am thinking of becoming a "hunter" as well thank you for your time.
I recently hit 100 yard targets (laser ranged). To achieve that range, you are aiming yards above the target. We have more players but is rare to get a turn out over 5 players. 3 is enough to play FIELD HUNTEERING.
If you intend to upgrade it with the vsr hop conversion, it will also replace the nozzle and give you full power (if that is what you're looking for).
i enjoy all your videos. I've airsoft gamed for 5-6 years in the United States. i hope to revamp my current play style to better reflect yours next spring, however i still enjoy using AEGs. i think they can be challenging play style as well as long as you keep the stealth, camoflauge, and surprise aspects of play, which are my favorite parts.
I can understand you favouring an AEG. It's simply more practical in many environments. Bolt action require you go undetected, to be at their most effective. AEG allows you to play with no disadvantage if spotted. You can just switch styles of play at the drop of a hat and beat the other guy at his own game if need be.
I find AEG makes the shooting part of the game easier compared to bolt action. Having the pressure of only 1 shot makes it far more challenging/rewarding.
In effect, we are a team of ex Airsofters. I've payed "speedball" to 5 Day Hardcore events and everything in between. I even have a share of the silver ware we won, next to me. Been there, done that.
Hunteering is where it is at :). As you can see from this film, skirmish doesn't really provide what inspires us. Yeah, it's good for a laugh once every few years to blow away a few cobwebs. Hi caps really killed skirmish (in hindsight) endless full auto :( etc, = dull/deskilled
I completely agree with you where you say that "hi-caps killed skirmish" -- all too often have I played against an opposing force that only held an advantage because they carried vast sums of ammunition, and could just keep a constant stream down on anywhere they like.
People try to make up for a lack of skills, by replacing it with firepower.
Shame. I recall when players only had 1 lowcap (before spare lowcaps were even available). Far better games, as you used semi and only fired at targets you could hit.
You could say I have come to form my style of play, after years of Airsoft. You cannot be shot if people don't realise where you are. Although a team once fired thousands of shots into a thicket, they thought our team was in (we were 500m away).
My edge was the ability to stalk typical Airsofters while in line of sight. Often close to shoot them with the first shot. Ability to detect opponents was also key. I was a"pointman" for a decade and avoided all ambushes, turningthe tables.
You know, with all the recent developments in airsoft sniper rifles, you could really amplify your ability to affect the battlefield with your sniping in team airsoft. I fancy the idea of you simply knocking someone with an M249 SAW out of an Airsoft game with just one shot.
Everyone of these pictures is postcard perfect...And thank you for the explanation of why you do it, ive been wondering myself what exactly it is that motivates me to want to do this type of sport and that putsa finger on it. Plus the bonus feature ;D
:((((((( I want to be able to do this. I can't even begin to describe how badly I wish I could be there playing with y'all

What song did you use for the background music on this? Really adds an outstanding effect to the video.

@phantomTMA I think thats what im going to do. Do you know where i could find one of those? I cant thank you enough
SOCDutch 1 year ago
Again redwolfairsoft. Look up the "king arms chamber conversion"
Remember you need a 555mm vsr barrel and vsr hop rubber, to fit that kit in the rifle. The orginals get replaced when converting. It's defo worth it.

Have you ever tried skirmishes? You seem like you could be excellent in cohesion with a team.

@phantomTMA Ohh yeaI know what you mean. It takes far more skill to wield a gun that is bolt action against those who fire in long full auto bursts

What I meant to say was: have you tried "hunting" during an airsoft skirmish?
