@jamk1001 John and Hank Green have been so great to the online world by creating this community. So many people are so stuck on the whole "big and famous" thing. They forget that most of these people came to have the large amount of viewers they did by falling in love with the medium and talking to the people and making lots and lots of really great videos that inspired people to respond. If you concentrate on your love, the whole "oh we aren't well known" thing won't matter.

I have to disagree about Jeff Zucker. He singlehandedly pushed NBC from the number 1 network on tv to number 4. Out of 4. If you read Desperate Networks by Bill Carter you'll see that Jeff Zucker is also astoundingly unqualified and clueless when it comes to tv.
