There are those few cases where there is no clear-cut answer, especially because there are many people (unfortunately, almost always women) who are afraid to say NO. I think Judge Mathis was a bit hard on her and expected too much from someone who may have possibly been or at least felt abused. You can not predict the way a person will behave to trauma.
You forget she said they were on drugs and when she snapped out of it she saw him on top of her. Then when they were supposed to do the rape kit she left to give her boyfriend a ride. Thats what got me thinkin maybe it wasnt rape just that maybe was scare to tell her boyfriend. i know of other people that happened to.
