I think it is so irresponsible of her to say that women can't have it all. Dear Ms. Paltrow for the majority of women in this country it is financially impossible for us to choose whether we work or not. It is possible and necessary for most of us to work and lovingly raise our kids. You can have it all!

She says "I think it's not possible to have it all" and before and after she says "It was right for me", "When I choose to do something", so I think it's pretty obvious that she's talking about herself and not women in general.
Now would be the perfect opportunity to retire from acting and become a rap artist, what with enjoying playing a country singer in a movie. Such a logical thing to claim to be doing with one's career.
