  • Beautiful - Phil Driscoll we met this man a few years ago by Pastor Dupre's church , it was awsome.

  • Amazing voice. Amazing talent. GOD GIVEN TALENT!!!!

  • Phil Driscoll attended my church, West Coast Life church for maybe a month. He is a really amazing man. I think he will still be coming to our church but I am not sure, I don't think I saw him the last times I went. Amazing in human and on youtube :P

  • 50% ray charles 50% joe cocker.

  • either way.. on horn on by vocals... Phil is the MANNNN!!!!! and hes a minister... he the quite the man!!!

  • Dont really like to compare people because everybody is unique in their own way. However, to me, Phil Driscoll is the most annointed musician in the world.

  • You are so right .......

  • sloppy.

  • @phildriscoll

  • Phil Driscoll is the most anointed musician on planet Earth!

He is also one of the most humble people I have ever had the pleasure to watch praise God!

    David

  • Phil is the best trumpet player in the world today. He's played for 4 presidents and seems to be able to play about anything, from rock to classic. I love his album "Classic Hymns." I wish this video didn't do such a terrible edit on his first song.

  • Phil is the Real Deal. I got to meet him in person in 1987 when he played at a little place in Taylorsville NC called Davos.

  • i dig Phil. Met him in Houston back in the '80's. He's a true dude. Some people misunderstand him - yes, his singing is of course influenced by Ray Charles and Joe Cocker. He means no disrespect in the process (for those who are puzzled) - it's interpretation. He's a soulful cat. Genuine and authentic.

  • YAY!!!! I'm viewer # 22,222.

  • Is it any wonder why it rained when the Clinton Library was being dedicated?

  • If the president ask you, you go. I love Phil Driscoll, I am sure he did not like what Clinton did.

  • I don't like former President Clinton but I agree with you. Phil Driscoll had an opportunity to honor God and bless people with his music. He did the right thing.

  • You are a True American, an I am with you!!!

  • I like Phil Driscoll's uniqueness. So much has happened in America over the last few months. Some good - Barack (means blessed in Hebrew) Obama and not so good - OUR greed which brought down the financial system. What we need now as Americans and citizens of the world is to come together and stop taking twigs out of everyone's eyes and look at the boulder that is stuck in our own. Change starts with you and me - Peace

  • Go Phil and make the Nations prove. Let's hear it for AMerica, AmericA, Yeah man.

Jesus is the Lord of all.

Those who tear down, well..they are not the informed are they? You doubters.. What are you willing to die for? Who will you die for? Will you only live for yourselves?

The ideal..America... is real.. the freedom you enjoy is real.. God shed His grace for thee.

  • @AAAomega Don't get mad at them, love them. Be an inspiration for them.

  • Shame on you for confusing Jesus with George W. Bush. Seriously, when you going over to Iraq? Cheap talkers like you usually don't have the nerve to back up your talk.

Clinton made a mistake, apologized for that mistake, and paid HEAVILY for that mistake. I'd wager my house you too have sinned.

Meanwhile, your beloved 13th apostle W took us into unwarranted war, he lies and four thousand Americans died, along with 10K of Gods children in Iraq.

    Shame on you.

  • Hey!!! I SAID I was an extremeist...and by the way Clinton's war with Bosnia (to distract from his sex with Monica) killed more American G.I.'s and Bosnian Christians than the war in Iraq AND Afghanistan has cost in "Bushes'" war on terror...Romans 13...not to mention the MILLIONS of unborn children that are MURDERED every year in the Clinton's and Obama's and the Democrat's abortion clinics

  • Democrats don't use the govt. to force women to keep babies, your beloved Repugnicans make the air unbreathable the minute the baby is born (that global warming you flat earth types deny); Democrat complicity with abortion is at best passive (not getting the govt involved); Repugnican opposition on the environment is quite Aggressive.

Abortion is not the only issue.

  • You are actually comparing opposition to the global warming myth to opposition to the murder of unborn children??Dems wrote the bill & appointed the judges..You've got to be a product of the indoctrination centers that pass for PUBIK SKOOLZ in America the last 30 years (graduate of 1991?)..our nation has been indoctrinated by marxist/socialist who pass themselves off as educators..but I expect your foolishness will continue until you have been mugged by reality

  • Global warming is no myth. You have POLITICAL reasons for claiming SCIENCE is invalid. But gravity works whether or not it fits your ideology, and GW is a very real, scientifically backed probability.

I say the Repub's have no high ground on morality, here. If anything, favoring environmental destruction puts them on lower moral ground than Dem's who just don't want the govt. in our personal lives. The common element is so-called morality, a trumpet the right has tooted for a decade.

  • How can you say 'Clinton..paid HEAVILY for that mistake ." ? He didn't pay at all. Please be specific as to how you think Clinton paid..for anything. If anything, he capitalized on it, and laughed in the face of every American.

  • He wound up confessing his guilt, faced the American Court of Public Opinion, became the second President to be impeached (again by Republicans), faced tremendous "moral" condemnation by the right, and the disappointment of those of us who supported him. He had his dirty, embarrassing secrets aired for the world to see...which outside this country, they pretty much all shrugged and said, "so what? He's still a GREAT LEADER".

  • vote demoRat and roll over for the mooslum terrorists, vote demoRat and approve (roll over) homosexual marriages, vote demoRat and give citizenship to illegal immigrants, vote demoRat and give more access to abortion (partial birth and more) vote demoRat and try to get the "fairness" doctrine approved AGAIN - so that you will not hear ANY opposing points of view on radio, tv or the internet. vote demoRat and keep the price of oil going up along with taxes..vote demoRat = marxist socialism

  • Phil & his family and some of the sweetest people I know. They have a real desire to make the lord know.

  • Is he a Ray Charles impersonator...he forgot the black-face.

  • What spirit could drive someone to make such a comment about Phil Driscoll?

  • This comment is mean, unwarranted and clearly shows someone with issues. May God have mercy on the writer.

  • he's showing FAR more respect to Black Americans than Slim(e) Shady Eminem, Vanilla Ice, or other whites co-opting black music.

    Shame on you.

  • Last time I saw Phil Driscoll, he was tooting his horn on stage at an Amway Convention in Atlanta, GA. The crowd loved him. Of course, the crowd HAD to love him because their upline distributors said they must.

  • LOL, that's funny.

Um...were you in that audience?! ;-)

  • Yes...I admit I was in Amway for a few years.

But I saw the light quickly, not to mention the decrease in the balance of my savings.

  • Sorry dear friend for the delay...I was not there in body my friend, but always in the Love and Spirit of our God.. How about you?

  • hey, now it makes sense that phil is playing horn for an adulterous liar, who loves abortion on demand, homosexual marriages, citizenship for illegal immigrants, the "fairness doctrine" to shut up ANY opposition, he and his lying wife who also love higher oil prices and higher taxes...both are socialist pigs (maybe even obama marxists) who think they know better than you how to run your life

  • Oh, just get over it!! That was so long ago, i'm surprised that you can even remember back that far. Case in point, WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO...!! SMILE, JESUS LOVES......U**

  • No, my LOWFOREHEAD friend, He's not. But i would rather him mimic Mr. Ray Charles, than the likes of you, anyday. May the Lord have mercy on your soul, as He did mine, oneday....

  • It says in the bible that hardships makes a person stronger in the spirit. Thus, making the issues in our flesh can only be a distraction of being strong in the spiritual. The tax evasion made Phil more reliable on God and not his own mental comments.

  • I realize the tax evasion case was complex. However, Phil can only provide us with two responses. We've heard neither.

    1) I'm innocent and going to fight it.

    2) I'm guilty. Here's your refund, everyone.

  • I too was at the Branson Victory Campaign and Phil was just awesome. Praise the name of Jesus!!!!

  • Hallelujah!! Phil is out of prison and the anointing of God upon him has just gotten stronger:-) We saw him this past weekend (March 6-8 2008) at the Branson Victory Campaign and when he began to play the trumpet the anointing was so strong that no one in the audience was unaffected. He led us in high praise and worship to our God and we were all reminded of the glorious and amazing Grace and Mercy of our heavenly Father! "The Lord is good and His mercy endureth forever"

  • See you in Heaven Brother

  • Phil's tax evasion case was complex. His mother in law, well meaning but incompetent, ran the ministry finances with shoddy practices the IRS zeroed in on as intent to defraud. A brother in law fired from the ministry testified against Phil. I believe Phil was guilty of the sin of omission, not commission.

  • I don't appreciate you talking about my grandmother like that. She was a very loving caring lady who only did as she was told. She has sinced moved on to be with the Lord. It looks like we might need to have a prayer meeting for you!

  • I posted these videos because I am a true Phil Driscoll fan. He has been an inspiration for me in my Spiritual as well as my musical life. I met him on two occasions and he really showed what a tue man of God is. I felt terrible about what happened to your grandmother, him and the whole family. But one thing is for sure, God was certainly watching over him and he has been glorified through all this.

  • What a ministry! I am a cop and I will be the first to admit that hardships makes people stronger. This is a true man of God, if we all had the courage of this man to leave wealth and follow Jesus! In everything Phil understands that God will receive the Glory.

  • It's funny how folks only zero in on the bad, & magnify it more than the good. So Phil was convicted of income tax evasion - big freakin' deal. In comparison to his millions, the amount of money was small, & it's only a year of time in a federal prison camp. Really, shouldn't the crooked government officials be the ones in prison as well? Just a thought. Phil's a good man overall. I love his music.

  • Seems a little odd to be talking about the Clintons like this, when Phil is in federal prison for tax evasion. Conservative Christians just never learn that self-righteous hypocrisy always comes back to bite you in the end. We all sin, and we're all wrong about some things. No exceptions.

  • Phil gets better tone with age- like John Denver....

  • it seems to me like appearing at the opening of a new abortion mill...that's a big part of bill & hillary clinton's legacy - i would share the gospel with abortionists but i would never want anyone to think i approved of such a place - but then i am an extremist

  • Jesus did not "hang out" with sinners - He spoke with them, & ate with the 'unclean', but He showed them righteousness & grace thru God's Love - but "shall we sin that grace shall abound? - God forbid"(Romans)-the music is great but it is not the most important thing - Bible study, prayer & worship (Ac 2:42) Acts 17:11 tells us to check out - even famous musicians - judge the fruit of the tree (Mat.7)

  • didn't I say that he spoke to them about love and forgiveness (Grace and therefore righteousness). Phil Driscoll probably doesn't hang out with Bill Clinton either...and as I said, who knows what they spoke about. I do judge the fruit...and Phil Driscolls is pretty good.

  • Jesus "hung out" with the so called sinners as considered by the religious people of the day - MAry Magdalene, Zaccheus to name but two. He showed them grace and forgiveness and although we dont really know what happened to Zaccheus, Mary was transformed ... she didn't "CONTINUE in sin because grace abounded".

  • all I was saying was this - essentially the same thing you said...If I got the opportunity to speak to anyone about Christ - a beggar on the street or the president of the USA I would take it. Look at Billy Graham, Oral Roberts, TL Osborn....you cant question their fruit and look who they "ate with". And Phil Driscoll's music speaks for itself.

  • Ever think it's about the music?

  • As for the music...Phil is a legend. Came to my church a couple of years back and not only can the man play..he can PREACH!!! His version of To God Be The Glory is amazing. So I say...GOOD ON YOU PHIL for being someone who knows what it means to say "God shed His grace on thee!"

  • of course clinton is ungodly, he has no fear of God nor respect for life - he's an abortionist & continues as an unrepentant adulterer...it's one thing to sin (not understanding your actions) it's another to knowingly reject the laws of God. "All have sinned & fallen short - -" but only those who have asked forgiveness & live in the light are true Christians (Romans 7 and 8)

  • As my mum always used to tell me "the end chapter is not written yet" for Clinton or anyone. Jesus himself hung out with adulterers, drunkards and all the other sinners....but he talked to them about love and forgiveness....who knows what Phil Driscoll said to Clinton behind the scenes. If yo uget an opportunity to sow....then sow.

  • its not my place to determine if u are godly or not, for that i apologize.

  • o please...if you were godly you'd forgive. Leave the judging to God.

  • doesn't make any dif if I forgive clinton or Phil does, clinton didn't ASK for forgiveness from anyone -by standing on the same stage Phil gives the appearance of agreeing with this ungodly president & his wife - Phil is a gifted musician and "God's gifts are without repentance"

  • that president wasnt ungodly, u must be an extremist. he made a mistake, he ''sinned'' if u will, but we all do it...geez.

  • bad coment...forgive clinton just like phil driscoll did. that was awesome playing!!!!
