For 100mpg I think I could learn to drive where I would not need reverse. Carry a small wheel on a stick to lift that rear wheel and hand spin your machine around to get it facing the direction you need? I try to park in spots where I can pull straight out any way since this reduces backing and is less likely to result in a collision.
