When you have played all the MGS saga (especially the fourth) it's impossible to not thinking to all the bad consequences that para medic is talking about big boss, and his negative reaction makes it more morbid because it is a natural response! @ReyMK3 right after the cutscene right when you arrive at that spot get your sniper rifle and aim towards the dock and The End will be sitting there and there will be a couple seconds before he starts getting pushed back inside, if you aim and shoot him in time, he will be dead and there would be no fight between him.

I beat him by wearing down his stemia, but I never saw where it showed his gun being dropped? Further more, once you got it do you get to keep it like you do the SAA and Patriot?
