In my home country (The Philippines) everything is still done by hand or animal. As for the japs well still to this date many areas not safe for japenese tourists because of the war. Us Pinoys never forget the past.
But it seems safe for American tourists in the Philippines. I mean the U.S did the same attocities that the Japanese did during the american occupation of the Philippines and there were several Philippino leaders that indeed supported the empire of Japan inorder to start an Asian Rennesance in the region, didnt they? After all the philippines did have to fight an armed gurilla war against the u.s invading forces to kick them out!
You are so wrong on that. The Gorilla forces they faught was after Spanish American War. The US helpped the Phils rebuild. And the Americans never tortured or killed our babies for fun as the Japs did. The help the US gave is the reason The Phils and the US are such close allies. I suggest you read your history books.
@miguelcotto23 ive been to both and felt very safe. i was rather suprised the number of police and security everywhere. ive had great experiences in both countries. PH was easier, because i speak english lol
thanks for sharing. Such a dramatic change in Japan, in video people doing field work with hands and now only machines are doing it. Modernization of Japan is amazing.
Actually, that's not completely true. I am a US citizen living in northern Japan (Misawa) for nearly a decade. There is a lot of farming and fishing in this area. Much of the work is done by machinery however a great deal of it is still manual. In fact, much of the work is done by women in the fields. Very interesting.
The bit about a child being born in a foreign country on a US base was later "adjusted" properly... just thought I'd say that. Although it was hell trying to get my SSN...
Fucking Japs killed so many Chinese during WW2, they deserve to be nuked a 1000 times !

I had to work with the slide button to make the video work. Interesting how they pulled the net in along the larger line.
