umm i know for sure you can use a wide angle, which i use. i'm sure you could also use a fish eye, it'll just have to have the same sized threading

can hv20 camera work wtih any adapter or does it have only certain adapters to work just only on the hv20? I've tried the brevis with a dvx100 but I'm wondering if the brevis could work on a hv20? Or are there differnet sizes?

umm they may be different sizes. but you can always get step-up rings(i think that's what they're called?) to fit different sized lens on the hv20

I like how you captured the rain drops, you convince me to get the hv20 instead of the hv30. The HV30 is just a minor change and its just a black camcorder haha but expensive then the hv20. What editing program do you have?

Quick question... What kind of tapes do you use? Do you really have to buy the HDV over the standard DV? I heard that the DV works pretty much the same.

as long as you don't buy really cheap tapes, it shouldn't matter. i use sony dvc premium tapes. it says high definition on the back of the package though.

It's weird. I have a HV20 myself and sometimes I watch these HV20 videos that have no 35mm adapter and I can never get these results. is it intense colour correction

it could be. really play around with the depth of field, just experiment. you'll get it.
