Here's what I think. For my kid, formula gives the same results as breast milk - gas pains. Swaddling calms the baby until you set them down, then you're screwed, every time. Doc said to try OTC stuff if we wanted...coliccalm actually will calm her down. It has charcoal in it, which, if you do a quick search, is actually used for intestinal gas.Baby is 1 month old and finally able to sleep 4 hours straight! Not sure if it is good for other things, but it does help intestinal gas issues!
@shunndrums It's definitely a bad thing to go through! After some research, what many doctors write off as colic is actually an inability to handle cows milk protein(WHEY). I'm NOT talking about lactose intolerance,which is an entirely different thing.If colic becomes an issue and the baby is breastfed,mom should try to stay away from anything dairy for several weeks to clear the whey proteins from her system. Mommy missed her cheese, but the baby was happy! Our 5 month old is doing great now!
@thatkh3micalx I would say about 8hrs. It's worth it to rest, when it's been going on HOURS. After 2 bottles, the gas will start to build up again, if you are feeding your newborn formula. The day I switched him to an alternative mix, it all went away. Instantly !!
@truebeaut my sister in law has it and it works wonders. How would you look though if you has severe stamch pain and someone gave you a little drink of stuff...all if a sudden its gone.....i bet youd be in quite a daze too
@cucucachu21 You should check this new born that was in a daze ! I have new videos up. He just turned 3yrs old. He has an IQ of a 5yr old at least. Knew his ABC's, colors, shapes, counts to 13, reads words, and works the computer before he turned 3yrs old. Plays drums, memorizes words and sings songs.He loves YouTube. lol and Disney Jr. So I would say at this point you are wrong. My son was in extreme pain, and I'm glad this was available to help.
@truebeaut it's natural you should look it up maybe and then draw a conclusion then. My baby is not in a daze, he was finally relived of the torment of formula. It was like needles in his stomach. It broke up the gas in his stomach with chamomile herb.

If you have a bottle warmer you can make it ahead of time by the jug. It will make 6 6oz bottles.
Meyenberg Powdered goat milk. You can get it at a heath food store. Get a childrens multi vitamin with Folic Acid. We use mint flavor cod liver oil. Yes blend all together.
36oz of water 6 scoops of goats milk 1/2tsp of multivitamin 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of cod liver oil.
I have to try this goats milk recipe. So I wanna make sure that I'm giving my daughter the right thing. Specifically what type or brand of multivitamin do you use and does it come in liquid form?
@moonchiald if you will read I explained I changed him to goats milk and vitamins. That is dairy. The day I did the day he was a NORMAL baby not in pain from gas etc. It is the chemicals in formula that the body doesn't need or tolerate. AKA Poison
He is 18months now and drinks whole and goat milk still. Ice cream when ever and all kinds of dairy. Your book is false my friend.

Read the book Baby Matters. Colic is a symptom of a food sensitivity and in babies that young it is usually dairy.
