Heres an easy way to complete this mission:

1 Ollie onto one far end of the ledge

2 Get a little bit of speed

3 Now do the 360 flip to FS Crooked on the side of the ledge

This makes the challenge 10 times easier since you dont have to worry about getting a high 360 flip. This may take a couple of tries though.

This one took me about an hour, but I did it exactly like in the video. I was in switch and goofy. Make sure that your body is facing the ledge or you'll get a BS instead of an FS. One push, hold left for extra height and then do the 360 FLIP. Your board needs to barely hit the ledge or you'll get a nosegrind instead. It's all about the angle you hit the ledge and the direction you press afterward.

you do that by crouching all the way down then flicking up quicker (the faster you flick up the higher you go)
