There was a BATMAN VS PREDATOR comic. It was actually very congruent and showed how BATMAN really is a "predator" himself. The comic had a brutal "Sin City" feel to it.

Of course in the first round BATMAN got his ass handed to him by the PREDATOR until he broke out the Prototype BAT suit mark 2.
