any argument you guys have are worthless. the evo in general is nt built for straight line performance. it's main prupose for existence is rally. if you have a sedan that can perform the rally of the world built by americans, then you have something to argue over, but since the only example of a rally competitor is fords focus rally car, you dont have much of an argument.

In any case, who gives a damn if the Corvette uses pushrods? The base Corvette with 430HP gets 28mpg on the highway. The Z06 with 500HP gets 27. Compare that to an Evo, which gets closer 24 with over 250 less HP even with DOHC.
