I remember when I first moved to Bethesda, right there by Wellington Drive,(a few steps away from the shots) there weren't any Barnes and Noble, or the fancy restaurants that they build in the late nineties. Bethesda has definately changing to a more urban city in suburban area...
I've been there! XP. Its usually really crowded, you must have been up early. Were you looking from the CCT?
