get a screen recorder such as hypercam and record the track

then to put music in open a movie editor (such as windows movie maker) and put a song of your choice in the audio part of the timeline, and a movie in the video part.

it is also possible to add subtitles with the titles section

get a recording program like camstudio or hypercam 2 (just google). Then, record, edit with title and credits in windows movie maker (or something else if you have a mac), maybe music too, then save to computer, and there you go!

Tips for recording:

1) Record in slow motion mode

2) Right-click on the desktop, click properties, go to the tab "Settings" and click "Advanced", then go to the tab "Troubleshoot" and set the Hardware Acceleration to "None."
