  • These lectures are very good. But I'm confused by the professors use of the term "loop". In graph theory a loop is usually an from a node to itself. Sometimes it is used with the meaning 'cycle' a path in a dgraph starting and ending in the same node. None of these meanings seem to be anywhere near what he has in mind. Can anyone shed light on this?
