Then there's a long gap when Dr. Case changed transducers and it picks up again at 3:54. At 4:17 you can see the embryo at the top and then the red stuff is blood flow from the placenta to the embryo. At 4:37 he starts checking the heartbeat. At 5:02 crown-to-rump length, 7.9 mm.
