He cross dressed in the Turn A Gundam anime for some sort of dance. Meant as relationship patcher and negotiations between Earth and the Moon guys. Forgot exactly why...but one of Earth's leaders thought it was a good idea to have him dress and pretend to be a woman.

@ChaosZero102 And all I said was that I thought Sochie was the one who suggested it. Either it was Sochie, or it was Kihel, or both. I definitely do not recall seeing Queen Diana suggest such in the series, so it leaves only the Heim sisters.

Yes he can. Finish Original mode with Amuro, Kamille, Judau, Loran, Heero and Domon then voila! Shin Musha Gundam is available
