Kudos to the main thug's voice actor. His English was excellent in execution and didn't have any awkward vowels or pauses in words that were noticeable. The other thug with the hat was pretty good as well, but you could hear the accent if you paid attention.

The guy with the long black hair... nothing against him, but he sounds drunk in the way he speaks. Other than that this is probably the best English I've seen Anime.
