Very true, I say they focus on speed and have us make custom shortcuts for things we use, like desginating a button for invites and parties.

The speed slows down if you open the dash while during a game or in a loading screen

I play a lot of COD4 and I exclusively play free for all. You cant join a game with a part. So to coordinate with your friend(s) its hard as hell when you wanna play the same game if you dont want it to be private. Takes forever to load the main page, then friends list, then your friend, then invite, then it loads to invite. Fuck that. The previous wasnt as slow but it was already pretty slow, they need to adress this in my opinion. Also fuck the new design, its blurry on my 37'.

it is not released yet. it will be released to the world august 11. imo, it is just a couple tweaks looks the same as you can see. what i hope is that my xbox even though its jasper doesnt rrod because of this update.

the top corner thing is already there along with the achievement listing and going to the game if its in the Arcade.

And the party hting is there too, like does this guy play his xbox?

The only new thing is Solutions, which is just a shortcut instead of going through all the options in System Settings.

This is a new update. The emails for the Preview program for it will start going out Monday (27th July). And the update is released to the public on 11th August 2009.

Some of the things you showed were all ready on the nxe has you said you could not quite remember. This is the newer updated version that is coming in a few weeks i think. Anyways nice video man. :)

no they dont, it is much harder to grasp the controls using shift to run and cntrl to prone, basically using a controller is much easier, that is why more people play on consoles than pcs. graphics are better and so is performance but consoles win

Depends on what you have really. on a PC that is.

Consoles are just easier to handle and get gaming straight away i agree. but some extremely hardcore gamers who play MMORPG's and Crysis go for PC's coz consoles can't handle the power. As i said above PC's depending on what you have can be a shit load better than consoles. but you'd have to spend more than £500 on a PC for that.

Is it me or does anyone else miss the days when you bought a game, you got the game, not pay for 4 add on's at 800 points each (ahem FALLOUT). Oblivion fair enough, could've been cheaper n do a 2 in 1 deal, that was an epic game. My point is, anyone else think xbox live is a bump? I do have to say in the upper right corner the NXE has always alternated between Gamerscore and Friends/Messages. The other thing that it has done is when you're in a party it puts everyones gamerpicture in the upper right corner. Those are both features of the NXE already.
