Rotty pups arnt allowed out of the house untill they are 12 weeks!? or are they already immunised?

@Beachyshapes Why would they not be allowed out, puppies are supposed to be socialized so they don't bite anyone or something in that nature..

@TheSikeROne it's because usually they haven't received all their vaccines by that time. so it's to protect the puppy from diseases/un-vaccinated dogs they might come across in that time before their final shot.
