@leviwellsysback As far as the hardware goes, definitely yes, be warned though I recently tried playing a very stable game from the same time period on Windows 7 64-bit and ran into some strange glitching and image flicker.

@mann3176 Oh yes, most definitely it will. You only need a Pentium III with 96 MB of RAM and a 16MB graphics card to run the game.

This game sir is the one that revolutionized sandbox game genre. It was a masterpiece when the game came out and i remember my reaction when i was first playing scaping from the broken bridge with that orange outfit. I couldnt believe the game. I was used to the shitty GTA 2 and London graphics and this was just epic.

GTA 3 all the way baby, its like Pong, Super Mario Bros. This is a legend.

I record it using a newly formatted DVD in a DVD recorder, and then edit the VOB file(s) in Sony Vegas 9.

It does have to be newly formatted every time, if it is not, then the .vob files will have flickering, overlapping video.

Yes. You can buy an internal video capture or TV Tuner card for real time recording (Typically more expensive), or an external USB or Firewire capture card (Usually less expensive, but have system requirements, and also have a delay so you have to have cable splitters to show the picture on your T.V. in real time.).

I have beaten it about five times, it is not too hard, but there are some points in the game where the text is not too detailed. (Not very many hints on missions.)

It is a matter of opinion, but Vice city does have more features and vehicles, while Grand Theft Auto III is less difficult (missions).
