  • You want to look wide do your fucking back ! hahah :D Dude you are probably fit you whole life so you dont know that some ppl are skinny and can get wider from back exercises, not just that one I love this exercises it is part of my back rutine. DO your back FOR WIDER BACK DO 6 exercises 4 sets each and 6 to 10 reps each

  • should i buy this resis band or any kind cuz everytime i buy the one from kmart they break and it sting like crzy when it hit me so am kinda scared of working out with resis band whats your opinion

  • @smoovovi I sell my own brand of resistance bands called Elite Cords. They're the highest quality and most versatile set of resistance bands on the market, but they're also more expensive than the average resistance bands, so if you don't want to spend the amount of money that the Elite Cords sell for, check out the no name bands being sold on eBay. I bought a set of no name bands off eBay years ago for about $25, and they worked great.

  • @Mirageevilz That was year ago but you have to do 4 to 6 diffrent back exercis , 3 to 5 sets and 6 to 10 reps you can do it 1 or 2 a week , if you are a women you can do lesss

  • owhhh.... tt sounds really nice.. i would try this exercise after my exams :) I have a quite narrow shoulder and would like to make it wider...i hope this will help. Is 3 months exercise is adequate to get the result?

  • This exercise is fantastic for girls. This exercise is a staple at my boot camp program, where the vast majority of my customers are women.
