I notice you were listening to the lightning static on the AM radio band . Nice! I do that all the time too!

Has to do that due to lack of equipment. Can pretty much work out distance, also in these isolated storms helps determine if storm is strengthening.

Thanks - we do not have as many storms as we should have for the time of year - at least we had some much needed rain. I can do without the freezing however !!
