Try to sweat as much as you can over the night.. put some extra clothes :) Do that on weekend and wash your self in the morning.. It helped me ;o

I'll tell you what has helped me a lot. Within two weeks my skin has gotten very nice and most of the acne has vanished: 1. and most important : DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE AT ALL, it will make your acne worse in every case! 2. Do use an antibiotic ointment and an acne treatment, but be careful, not to make your skin dry, cuz then it will produce more oil -> more acne! Wash your face with an antiseptic soap ( morning and evening ). If your skin gets dry from the treatment, stop it for 2-3 days!

@B525shot 3. Be careful to live a healthy lifestyle. Make sure to do your exercices and choose a healthy diet with a lot of fruits, vegetables and carbohydrates. Of course you can also eat fastfood and sweets, but be very careful with that! Try to eat as little junk food as possible! In the beginning it'll be hard to do all those things, but if you do it, you'll notice how your skin gets better and better day after day! It worked for me, when expensive pills ( roaccutane ) didn't help me at all.
