Yes i have 250 also, and a 4350 draws the same watts as my HD2400. So you will be fine , but just make sure you get the one with the best states. The Asus 4350. It doesn't have a fan, so i am ntot sure how it will work out, i only buy cards with fans.

But it should be fine.

They also have a 4550 card, slightly faster then a 4350.

Alright after looking , if you swing a few more bucks, i would buy the SAPPHIRE 3650 for 48 bucks. Now, if can't swing a few more bucks, i would buy the ATI 4350, make sure you buy the " ASUS 4350 " it has the best specs.

Or you could buy the 9400GT. But i would skip the 8400gs. Its a great card, but the 9400 gt or 4350 is better.

mmm not sure, I found that the 4650 on an mid-end pc demands 148w (peak) while the 4670, 164w...If I were you I would try the 4670 (since yo don't need a pci connector from the psu). In case you suffer restarts or sudden crashes, you must change your psu...you're on the limit, so i'm not sure...good luck!!!

no, both 4650 and 4670 don't have the pci connector, since they get all the power form the pci slot (you just plug the card into the slot and that's it)...try buying the 4670, it's the best card with no pci connector, you won't regret it

9400 gt is basically an ovrclked version of 8500 gt. but is cheaper.

I can tweak the driver and open the registry of gpu and permanently overclock the default speed of the graphic card.

no tweak software needed.

With my 9400gt, change in resolution affects fps more, try disabling anti-aliasing and shadows and also try setting the texture resolution to something lower.
