I don't know what you saw, but at about 1:02 I see the back end step out due to oversteer. Otherwise the car is turning as its suppose to - neutral balance.
Well from about 1:00 to 1:02 you see the car pushing as he goes on and off the throttle then goes into oversteer. I dont think you can get much neutral balance in the wet!
