I really liked this game. Sadly I could only rent it for the PS2. I never owned it because I never owned a PS2. I have a Wii now and I guess I could get the Gamecube version, but I doubt I could find it now. I loved being able to play as Venom. I wish they would make a sequel for it since Ultimate Spider-man was in Shattered Dimensions.

Nice Review the hardest thing i faced in it was the GREEN GOBLIN i mean he sucks and very hard to kill after i beat Rhino and man he was easy but the Green Goblin sucked who beileves me thumbs up

dude your stupid you don't know anything about spiderman he's not 15 he's closer to 25. But yeah it is a very good game. I don't think it's as good as Spiderman 2 for gamecube because the web-slinging mechanic works extreeeeeeeeemely well in spiderman 2.

He's closer to 25 in the mainstream marvel universe. The game is based on an alternate universe, the universe featured in the marvel ultimate heroes comics. In this universe, spidey is injected with a super soldier serum (along with most of the heroes)

In MY opinion this IS the best spiderman game I've ever played. I respect your opinion because everyone has different tastes. the main reason I love it so much is because it is very fun to just pop in a swing around for a few hours. As for Peter's voice I don't think he could have done it any better. he was just right for this type of spidy. I love the comics (ultimate spiderman) and I think this is a great game for anyone who likes the series
