just the opposite, the crowd expresses their delight and appriciation when they throw the cushions. defeating the yokozuna is something they respect A LOT.

What's happening is that this Asashoryu Yokozuna is very strong and nobody beats him. He left to Mongolia (his home) las year because he said he was sick and.... he was found playing football. So after the Japanese thought that he lied, so now nobody likes him here in Japan... everybody wants him to lose, but he is very strong so.... He keps the Yokozuna title until he retires so is kinda strange.
