Lets hope GM doesn't sell the patents to Chevron again as it did for large NiMH batteries, which Chevron instantly killed off, shutting Panasonics battery plant down, killing off the Toyota Rav-E and preventing the creation of a electric car industry based on this type. Oh wait, patents for Li-ion are held by lots of others, whew.
