This was the era of the first modern music video no one really spent big bucks on videos. ELO and Blondie were the first two bands to release video albums in 1979. Video took off in the 80s with MTV. I think Bowies Ashes To Ashes was the first big budget video made in 1980 for 250,000 Then Visages Fade To Grey (which both stunning at the time). Then Duran Durans videos took over the world with help from MTV playing every video they made over and over... MTV become the Devil from then on.

It would be hilarious if they perform it now because it also works as a big kiss off to the anxieties of getting older, especially in something as youth obsessed as rock music.

Amy Winehouse was one of the few recent fem. artists that had talent comparable to DH, but she took the advice in this song literally. Now I feel cheated whenever an Adel song comes on, sounds a bit like Winehouse, but not as good. It amazes me that anyone voluntarily listens to Kesha, Britney or Katy Perry.
