No the cause of this is because all the tiny bits of food and the liquids of the drinks/food will combine and this comes to the conclusion about the persons reflection of their metabolism (How fast the person digests).
We had a volcano taco eating contest. The rules: no time limit, no puking, one packet of fire sauce per taco, no leaving the table unless its to order more tacos or get more drink... AKA no bathroom break. I got 14 down. The cheese sauce gets fucking disgusting.

if you felt bad for the guy in line behind you you could have gone in to the lobby to place your order >.> would be well easier for the crew to make other (smaller) orders while they are putting together yours... expediting all the orders in a timely manner ^^
