I only smoke pipes/hookahs once or twice a year, so I really can't recommend anything.

Sorry, i really have no idea. I just bought some Captain Black tobacco for my pipe. I am sure there are much better brands to smoke.

And my hookah tobacco was bought at a local middle eastern store in Philadelphia.

Well, if you have narrow-ankled jeans (i do not!), then yes, wear them over your jeans! Or if you wear tights & skirts, wear them over your tights ;)

If you have flared jeans you can always wear them UNDER your jeans, but they will be a little lumpy looking probably (LOL) unless you get thinner leg warmers.

I just wear mine to bed and around the house.

If i had skinny jeans, i'd wear them over my jeans for sure!
