I might still have this one but I remember this game having no replay value after the main quest. You could fly in your bumpy-trot when certain conditions are met but only in one area of the game. The mini games are there: playing pool, busing people around the city, making deliveries and arena battles but I got boered with this too since it went nowhere. I still had fun though and the customizing was fun too

Know of any other games with mecha combat or tank combat? I remember one for the PS2 that had a ton of customization as far as Tanks, but I don't remember the name...

Yo...I think I've found a game breaking glitch for arena tournaments. If you throw them against a wall, and then move forward into them before they land...They'll glitch out and accumulate damage until you let them fall.

It's the industrial age and automobiles and TROTmoblies were invented. Trotmobiles are a fictional vehicle that you can ride (those fancy robots). Your character you control has amnesia from a shipwreck and doesn't know who he is. You travel to cities and fight bandits, that's really the main conflict of this game.

What's fun about this game the most is that this game is nonlinear (means you determine the plot) and make yourself good or evil towards the end of the game. Play it!

This game really CAN get you hooked out of your mind. There's just so much stuff to do, people to interact with, things to collect, etc. It's a shame the sequel will most likely never be seen in the US.

For those curious, this is a JRPG, but without leveling up or anything. The main problems include: frequent loading, frequent engine slowness, 8-direction analog sticks, and unintuitive controls. Many things are missed easily and no single English guide covers everything. You also cannot skip cutscenes or the automated city travel, which follows traffic laws and poor path-finding. The main hook is the variety of things to do, although no single feature has much depth. Flawed, but still some fun.

You got lucky in that first fight with Dudley...which...is how it happened with me too. A lot of the fights in this game I won by the skin of my teeth with virtually no life left. The thing about the bosses in this game is; they're either REALLY hard, or REALLY easy with no middle ground. I found this game the other day and was like "Why do I even still have this piece of crap", but as soon as I put it in and started playing; I couldn't stop. I freaking love this game now, but didn't before.

thanks for posting. its my fav game and i can understand how it gets C- scores... some say for controls, but i dont see how anybody whos played a game before this could have so much trouble as to spoil an amzing story. i wasnt good enough to beat the KE leader in the begging tho, because i couldnt get my ideal trot together... and its a freaking nightmare to get stuck in the desert without ample gas. just might get a ps2 for the sequel IF it has more of the same characters. cant imagine switched

Early Game, Sniper Arm/Club Arm, they are light enough so you can carry any body parts once you get power bird legs and still keep the medium leg mobility and speed, late in the game you can graduate to a BowGun and Blade Arm. Bow Gun is the 2nd best Range weapon personally, Blade Arm is 3rd best next to the Trident and Excaliber, but the Blade is faster than the Excaliber and much lighter than the Trident/Ex.

The story is great, you can choose to be a dick or a hero. All of the main dialogue including the main character is voice acted and you can pick your responses to other character's dialogue. Great fuckin game.

This is truly an underrated gem. I remember playing this game a couple of years ago. It's quite unique. There is a PSP Steambot Chronicles game coming out, but I would like to see one on the PS3 or 360.

It is a great game. I just recently picked up ZOE 1 WITH the demo in it, it was a great deal. I gave the guy my RE4 and he gave me ZOE with MGS2 demo, lol.

And yes, i still need to pick up ZOE before is too late. The bad thing is that, here in Mexico is very difficult to get it, and i dont have a credit card to order it from Amazon :(
