  • The good old days, when you were sain.

  • @SGTSlashRazor sane*

  • @vivalakakarot Explain? Why do think he's not sane anymore? Are you referring to the "banana fiasco"?

  • @tontsa911 You replied to the wrong person. I was just correcting a spelling error of SGTSlashRazor. So reply to him, not me.

  • @vivalakakarot Oh, sorry :D

  • There are good reasons not to believe in Santa, goblins, unicorns, and the like. Science has shown that these things probably don't exist.

However, science cannot show that God doesn't exist, and He is the best explanation for why anything at all exists.

There are many philosophical arguments which show God's existence, and many, many scientific laws would have needed to be broken in a naturalistic universe.

Of course, the real issue is that atheists DO NOT want to be accountable to God.

  • @terminat1 How are philosophical arguments proof of God's existence? Or better yet, which specific arguments lead to this conclusion?

How and which scientific laws would have to be broken in a naturalistic universe?

*sigh* and please, which God am I to be held accountable to? The Christian God? The Judeo God? Allah? Or perhaps you believe in a different God?

    =/

  • @bagelbites101 Well, maybe I should have written my previous post differently. There are no absolute proofs of God's existence, of course. However, philosophical and scientific arguments can give excellent reasons to believe that God exists, rather than not.

William Lane Craig shows many philosophical arguments for God's existence, so if you're truly interested, I'd check out his website (reasonablefaith). The moral argument, the First Cause argument, etc., give good reasons to believe in God.

  • @bagelbites101 In a naturalistic universe, either matter/energy must have been eternal (which science shows to be false), or matter/energy created itself out of nothing, which is contrary to both science and logic. Not only that, but life from non-life, which is an essential part of the atheists' dogma, is totally contrary to the Law of Biogenesis, which states that life only comes from life (this law has been proven thousands of times in laboratories all over the world).

  • @terminat1 They'd have their reasons, whether personal or otherwise, that shows them that there is no God or Gods or that God is not needed in their lives.

And how would God be perfect in the first place after creating sin, or at least having a hand in creating it (if you believe in the Old Testament and the creation of the world)? And what about people who have never even heard of Christianity and have chosen a different religion and stick with it after discovering other religions?

  • @terminat1 I do believe this is the gist of one of his arguments (correct me if I'm wrong.)

    1. Whatever begins must have a cause.

    2. The universe began to exist.

    3. Therefore, the universe has a cause.

Everything we know to exist is caused by changes in pre-existing materials. The law of conservation of matter states that matter cannot be created or destroyed in an isolated system. The law of conservation of energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but can change its form.

  • @bagelbites101 I believe that the evidence supports the Bible as the Word of God, so I believe that this is the God to Whom we are accountable. The prophecies, consistency of the Bible, etc., suggest strongly that it was not written by man.

Of course, if you start with the a priori assumption that there is no God, then the idea that the Bible (or any book) could be a revelation from God, is, of course, ridiculous. However, the idea that there is no God is really what is ridiculous.

  • @terminat1 If everyone knows deep in their heart that there must be a God, then what's the problem in the first place? I mean, if that's true, then by your logic I'm technically not an atheist and I won't (at least not definitively) go straight to hell. No need for either of us to argue right? But it's not as simple as that.

Why would the idea of a God be unacceptable? They'd have to find something wrong with it in the first place, that goes against something in them.

  • @terminat1 If we didn't naturally question authority, many horrible acts throughout history committed by authority figures all over the world would not have been given the attention they need and brought to an end. Or do you disagree?

I'm sure that among both, there are a fair number of people bashing the other side and it's not because they know that God exists and it frightens them, it may be because they have not seen any reason to believe in one or

  • @terminat1 they have been lashed out at unfairly by people who are religious.

Sorry for the questions, I just have so many and it's a bit hard to squeeze them all into this.

    *continued*

Again sorry for the short response, haha.

If there are no absolute proofs of God's existence, then how can arguments make up for this? Isn't that what we base the existence of everything we see/know off of?

  • @terminat1 The total quantity of matter and energy available in the universe is a fixed amount and will never be any more or less. The wave function of the universe implies that it is highly probable that a universe with our characteristics will come into existence without a cause. It implies that there is a 95% probablility that the universe came into existence uncaused. (please keep in mind that I'm not claiming that this theory is related to thermodynamics in any way.

  • @terminat1 It is merely a naturalistic explanation of the universe that rules out a supernatural cause.)

If God created the universe, he would contradict this scientific law in two ways. It would mean that it came into being due to it's natural, mathematical properties, not because of any supernatural force. It also says that the probability is only 95% that the universe would come into existence.

  • @terminat1 If a God created the universe, there would be no chance of failure because God is all-powerful. If he wills the universe to come into existence, it is guaranteed to be 100% effective, making the cause 100% supernatural.

I think this knocks out two birds with one stone? =P I will continue when I get back. Thank you for your time and patience.

  • @bagelbites101 Everyone deep in their heart knows that there must be a God (Romans 1), and because this is unacceptable to many, the easy solution is to become atheist. Or one might be offended at the idea of a perfect God demanding sinners to obey Him (people naturally resist authority), and so they become a Buddhist, or a Hindu, etc., because those religions don't stress a personal God. But people spend so much time bashing Christians because they know that God exists---and it scares them.

  • @terminat1 I don't see how that's a philosophical argument that proves God's existence.. Is there any way you could make yourself clearer? And I don't see where you say how and which scientific laws would have to be broken in a naturalistic universe. Haha and I'm just going to assume that you're arguing for the Christian God?

Anyway, I'll continue this in the next few comments. =) (If you want to take it to a personal message so that the replies may be done in depth, let me know.)

  • @bagelbites101 I'll respond to you in a personal message, perhaps in a day or two.

  • @terminat1 Oh oops, the reply note didn't show me all of the comments you made, sorry. Haha, give me a little while longer to write out a proper response.

  • Cheers for mentioning Albert Fish, me and my curious nature had to look him up and discovered the most disgusting thing i have ever read. I felt a chill in my very core as I read the wikipedia page.

  • Hey TJ, could you make a 6:00 video which would reflect a happy theme, one where You don't criticize or say a discouraging word about anyone or anything! I challenge you here and now! I challenge you. I challenge you. I challenge you. I challenge you. I challenge you. I challenge you.

  • @hamzah938 He did.

  • @hamzah938 What about his "Reading Hell" video? Making fun of those dumb books always make me happy, so for me it is a happy theme. It depends on what puts a smile on your face.

  • You believe int he blueness of the sky? That's fantastic. And why do you spend 4:50 trying to squeeze as many unusual words as possible? Does that make you sound clever to your friends? Wouldn't it be better to say all you had to say (not much apparently) in 30secs and be done with it?

  • @theantisauronist So you got a problem with him making HIS video as long as he wants?

You got a problem with him using worlds idiots like you can't understand?

    WELL GO FUCK YOURSELF

  • Want to be an atheist? You may want to listen to this interview with former atheist Howard Storm: video(add DOT)google(add DOT)com/videoplay?docid=2094001112814040004&hl=en#

  • Logic > Belief.

And I agree, to reject ''God'' would be to accept ''God'' to a certain degree. And that slight acceptance could equate to a small belief. And that would be counter-productive.

  • "Just as a good sence will reject communism and dictatorship"

I was with you until that part, TJ Fox news is not your friend. lol

  • "Albert Fish, who cannibalized children, was a devout Christian who believed that angels would have intervened to save his victims if God had thought his crimes wrong."

Amazing some people are so dumb they'd actually believe Albert Fish.

  • You people missed the point of this video. This video is about LOGIC and why logic is important, in practice and in description. He's just saying to acknowledge God in anyway that could possibly give an atheist's opponant, a Christian, any reason to tout the importance of God, or any arguement that even admits belief in god's principles is illogical for an atheist. The fact that god is patently illogical is icing on the cake

  • The bible, in my opinion, is story book .It's in my room on a book shelf hidden among other books. Also the bible reminds me of the The Canterbury Tales. I told this to my Aunt's priest and he just stared at me and walked off. Yep.

  • @celi0092 As an anthology , it's pretty heavy handed. I always like Egyptian lore. Egyptians were badass. i mean, they invented maths and orgies and half their gods were hermaphadites, and I guess they also invented both blowjobs and soner-level misconceptions about sex since I heard a story about an egyption god who impregnated him/.herself by swallowing their own cum. Thta trumps everything in teh bible combined times ten, taht does.

  • @celi0092 I agree completely

  • Atheist and Theist make large gaps due to a lack of knolegde because they are too insecure to live with out an answer. Just wait for more information comes about before deciding.

  • @LittleBigPlanet2LVLS An atheist is someone who doesn't have an belief in any God. If you're an agnostic or otherwise unsure, you're also an atheist, because you don't *actively* believe in any God.

  • @holycow818181 Athiest- someone who denies the existence of god. I do not deny the existence of god. Enfact I aknoledge the possibility.I don’t deny, I just don’t know.

  • So you must like it to keep doing it. Set your channel to private, you do it because its taboo attention ,martyrdom, and the spread of your religion. If you think what this is is nonreligious your a fool. This is the same as going to a satanic cult meeting ,in the sense they preach the same stuff only with more thought out rantings. If you dont think this is in fact faith based ,look at the evolution THEORY it starts out with a dust in space where did this dust come from????????

  • @clawedification Sorry for replying to a five day old comment but how do you not understand a concept as simple a atheism, if you listened to this video you should know we don't believe in any diety. Also TJ wasn't saying "RAAAA ATHEISM IS CORRECT BELIEVE WHAT I BELIEVE I AM SO SMART" also of course evolution is a theory but it is a theory that has been proven through evidence, We create theorys by looking at existing evidence and drawing conclusions. Not pretending to know everything.

  • @dynamiczombie49 NOW, witch type of evolution are you talking about? This word has six meanings, micro evolution is not fact. This is most likely what you are talking about now, macro evolution I can see because the kinds can interbreed if all living things have a common ancestor we should see monkeys being able to breed with rabbits, this simply is a falsehood.A horned owl can reproduce with a great owl this is macro evolution. You are not seeing whats right in front of your face.

  • @clawedification You are missing the point, and sorry for not being specific on what evolution I was talking about my bad but what I am trying to get across is that religion is the refusal to say "I don't know", so they say things like god is the reason for everything. Rational people look at things they don't understand and say "well, looking at our current evidence we think this happened but we don't know for sure so we will still research it."

  • @dynamiczombie49 Well maybe you don't know but check this out.I know because the bible says man was made of dust, fact. The big bang says cosmic dust gathered into one area and then well we all know the rest.My question is how did ancient man know this if not by higher intelligence? Also the earth is round the bible tells us this over 2000 years before it was excepted by science. The answer is in the research of an accurate account of translation make sure you do your work through the right scope.

  • @clawedification I didn't know that, its very interesting. But my theory to ancient man knowing is they didn't know, they guessed. I think that not every person accepted this as fact and for the time there were so many theorys that many could posibly be thought of as correct, I do see what you are saying but I think it is most likely coincedence that the most agred with scientific theory is shockingly similar to a religious theory.

  • @dynamiczombie49 Well its recorded that the origin of the Colorado river is 2000 feet above the grand canyon. This in itself proves an accurate picture of a flood the model does show science fact water finds the weakest point and destroys all the earth in its quest to find lower ground.Where is the delta if this took millions of years. The trees in the fossil record standing straight up through layers of rock that are well again proposed to be millions of years.universe, uni=one verse=spoken

  • @clawedification That is a good argument, but remeber all other religions like the belief in zeus or arman-ra(forgive any incorrect spelling), these religions also had evidence for thier correctness because of all their stories a few had were bound to have been validated in some form or another. How long before Islam or christianity is a religion considered archaic by the majority in lieu of some new religion. 200 years? 300 years? or maybe even 10 years.

  • @dynamiczombie49 No other religion has an accurate account of the future the bible has 100% historical accordance to what happened before it happened.Science only wishes they could do what the bible does even in modern times we see the word unfold and become more prevalent. The rfid chip is to be in the human body soon ,a new world government being placed without our consent, the rise of the scoffers ,all manners of godlessness, increased knowledge.im referring to the 70 books found in Jordan.

  • @thepowerofloandhate That's the difference between atheists and theists. We try to be good people not out of fear of eternal punishment,. We don't need an outdated thousands of years old book to tell us how to be a good person. And, sorry, but we're the evil idiots for not believing in a guy with a big beard in the sky who created the world in seven days, flooded the entire world, killing millions, has the power to stop evil, but doesn't, and sentences people to eternal torment? Fuck that noise.

  • @beatlefanc Ok where did you come from? I have a question you can not answer, or can any man . Go ahead and reply to this ill show you how without the mention of hell or god.I say this because i know your afraid of him ,so drop the smartass know it all crap and really think about the facts .If you really want to know ill be waiting for a civilized reply.

  • @clawedification you're a theist who wants to discuss facts? r u really going to claim to be smarter than people who actually know what they're talking about? i don't think i was being a know-it-all by asking someone not to tell me that i need a book to make me a good person. whoever is telling me that THEIR religion is the only right one sounds like the real know-it-all to me. and btw, if i was afraid of god, then I would be a Christian and follow the Christian belief out of fear of punishment.

  • I am sick of hearing theists assert that I or anyone disbelieve to sin. Anyone who is wiling to assume a position against their honest belief merely to justify wrongdoings and, for some stupid reason, believe that the God they honestly belief in won't do anything about it just because they proclaimed atheism, is fucking stupid.

  • @turquoiseguy maybe you should start listening to Leftover Crack's Atheist Athem. It seems to be helping

  • O you dont like ice cream

    Yer so its to cold?

Ice cream is wonderful you son of a bitch you think what hitler did wasnt enogth

what no I hate hitler how told you this

    The Ice cream shop owner

This is the christian hole arument against athiest.

  • @sirbestnameever ...eh?

  • @sirbestnameever wtf are you trying to say heres a tip go to amazing atheists how to leave a youtube comment and follow the advice he gave to bruno.

  • There is no God worth of worship but Allah and Muhammad(saw) his slave and messenger. Yes you those who have independent opinion, you think, then think real good and do the right thing. We still have a time..

  • @Anarsito Eh,what?

  • So when you go to bed every night you have absolute peace that if your life were to end it would just be......what.......nothing? The fact that there is conviction or fear in everyones minds about what happens after we die proves that there is a spiritual world (if not, then we would be like animals). I say to those that think i am "attacking" an atheist, Believing in Jesus Christ that he can take all your sins away will give you Assurance of Peace. Christ is the perfect and only sacrifice

  • @kraizeguy360 If christ takes all sin away why do we have morals and values, does this mean members of the KKK will go to heaven or even Adolf hitler. I would like to know why there is a hell . If Jesus takes sin away nobody would go to hell. Perhaps I am missing the concept but this doesen't make sense to me.

  • morals and values is from your conscience which God gave to man to freely choose right and wrong. And hell was ultimately for the fallen angels that rebelled against God, it was never meant for us. You see if God programmed everyone to worship him that would be kind of like were his robots and it wouldnt be a true real worship. this is where sin and righteousness comes into play and our choice to accept or reject. :)

  • Also Jesus can take away sin because he was100% man and100% God, meaning that no man, who is just as sinful as the other can take away anyones sin. That is why he was also100% God because God cannot sin and what more of a perfect sacrifice to save sinners than to have a man totally sinless willing to give his life so that sinners may have a second chance. this is what people don't understand about this Jesus "thing". His salvation can save the world but not everyone will accept (Its a choice)

  • @kraizeguy360 Look buddy, your preeching on the wrong channel. Please go.

  • @kraizeguy360 cool story bro

btw. It's not a choice to accept jesus, it's a choice to believe this nonsense to begin with.

  • checkmate chrisitans!

  • Judging by the large number of You Tube posts this guy has made I'd say God was just one of many of his hates.

  • I am a non religious person. Even though you have the freedom to express your speech, but to hurt others is not acceptable.

  • @duvexy Religious people attack atheists more than the other way around.

  • @HoLOLcaust And your point is? Do you really think I did not know that? However I don't believe relgion is a spirtual thing as most were taught. It is propaganda. If you study most religions they have similar tenets that run their their religion. It makes no different to me to be resentful over people and their delusions. However, I used to be a Christan and I hurt no body. I just did my research and then became an agnostic. LOL.

  • I'll admit it, I am an atheist. However, when the topic emerges I normally keep my mouth shut. The majority of the population believes in a god, and no matter how ridiculous it may sound to me, I prefer to ignore the argument. Believers in God will always believe in God no matter how you explain to them, so it's better to just ignore it and let it happen, because you can't change it. Maybe someday theists will be more accepting of arguments besides their own, but we can only hope at this point.

  • I feel intelligent that I was able to follow everything he had to say without a Webster's by my side.

  • god does not exist and christians hate that fact.

  • God exists.

  • @SummerSunshine1988

    So do goblins :V

  • I don't believe in god, but I would reject him if I did.

  • Of course ,all atheist are big fat greedy fucks who believe in "freedom" "beauty" "exploitation of lower class citizens" and "Lack of work for incredibly supportive outcomes while mister still get fat"

I'm atheist ,and i'm socialist/communist , your bullshit assumption that every "atheist" believe the same liberal democratic crap that "every man is equal but some are more equal than others" disgust me

In before Theamazingatheist defense squad replies.

  • @GreenSmugleaf When did he say that he believes every atheists believes the same thing?

  • @GreenSmugleaf ur a faggot. lololololololol

  • @ThatGuyWhoSucksBoobz No u and ur mad bro , ohhhh in your face I burned you , you straight retard. Can I get bottom now ?

  • stop using so many big words, my head hurts! D:

  • @BrightEyedBieber

Go listen to Justin Bieber. He fits well with your simple mind.

  • @NorthCitySider i was being sarcastic u stupid faggot

  • T.J. please reply and just say hi to me man...you're fucking awesome!

  • If Jesus came back today, he wouldn't be pissed with the Atheists. He'd be pissed with the Christians.

  • @BlackHalo28 Comment of the day

  • Too verbose.

  • well said...but why in black and white?

  • People that actually know Christianity and the Bible say basicly the same of idiots distorting and twisting things like you. As for Hitler and others claiming to be Christian to aid an agenda and being one are two different things. People like you, not smart enough to know the difference actually help draw people to Christ.

  • Amazing Athiest, don't worry about those religious people... they will learn one way or another one day

  • @TheTyrantRaptor well said!

  • ((Ran out of space sorry)) The video itself was very thought provoking and a solid counter to many 'attacks' (for lack of a better term) on atheists. I suppose there may always be hate in this world from some in both parties (athiests and theists)... which is ironic considering how many theist religions claim love as their teachings and many athiest claim to be openminded.

A thought: If you have something you believe and disbelieve, doesn't that blind you to possibilities? Comments/Rants?

  • @KinNaoko90 very deep thought, excellent observation, good point of view..still, we all just have to be true to ourselves somehow.. personally i only disagree with religion, or the religious version of god, and detest the word god itself bcos of the obvious connection with some form of religion, and bcos i will not adhere to anyones idea of this -god - i am being called an atheist..it's just a neccesity people have to give some1 else a label according to their own understanding of things.

  • Comment removed

  • Overlooking the various comments, a quotation runs to mind "Against stupidity, even the gods themselves contend in vain". In my part of the world (Scandinavia), most of the population can be described as nonreligious (approx. 80% in 2010), and it has been like that for the better part of a 100 years by now. So if you need a break from the religious madhouse, feel free to pop in.

  • You sound like the Riddler in Batman: Arkham Asylum

  • Very smart video

  • But you're a radical leftist and you HUG dictatorships and theocracies.

  • I think you did a great job trying to make yourself look like a very smart talking individual. But I couldn't help noticing that you had to stop the recording to memorize your lines. The fact is it doesn't matter wether you believe in God or not. God will still be God no matter what you believe in. Just like gravity will still be gravity. You cannot make something disappear just by your disbelief. But when you are ready to accept your maker. He will be waiting with arms open. God bless:-)

  • @pollitoalfonso1 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA oh delusional lunatics you never cease to give a good laugh...or a slight stomach ache

  • yes yes

so you dont believe in your own life

the most important thingsd you believe in is the wrightness of your own words

    ..........so you are egocentric!

but hey everybody his own believe.

    anarchisme!

  • For someone who obviously thinks they're smart, you sure are stupid when it comes to your militant atheism. If some poor bastard wants to have magical thoughts and an imaginary friend because that brings a shred of happiness or hope, why would that really matter? Yes some of them are dangerous cult leaders on an ego trip, but to argue with them over and over and over again seems to serve no purpose but to feed your self righteousness and unwarranted self importance.

  • @kimberlymarie21990 Nice job attacking him, not his ideas. Lets see here..... that would be Ad Hominem.

  • @NerfTheBrightWizards oops @ at the wrong person

  • <3 ^_^ Your Awesome!!!

  • @TheHornlessDragon he is just wish he was a Communist.

  • Atheism is a belief in something therefore it is a religion itself. Merriam Webster defi on Religion:a cause, principle, or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith. So when Atheists stand up and fight organized religion, they are falling right in line with the age old fight. My religion is right, yours is wrong. I see no difference between them and any other religion or set of beliefs about the afterlife.

  • @thermo1984 He never said we wer non "Religious" we just don't don't believe in a deity

  • @thermo1984 look up atheism in the dictionary

  • @thermo1984 It isn't a religion. Belief in anything would to be for example. A football team winning the cup is a religion. And the belief that say your new baby sibling is a boy or a girl is a religion.

  • @TheClickCinema Nice try, you need to comprehend better. I never said "belief in anything" the exact defi is "a system of beliefs" If you want true atheism you would say there is no god and never give it another thought. But when you argue why there is not a god and try to prove this fact, not to mention say others are wrong in what they believe; all while you disseminate this fact to others is a system of beliefs which...is religion. Why is this so hard for you to accept this is not a big deal.

  • @thermo1984 I don't care to be honest with you but that's a play of words by you. Atheism is simply not a religion. A religion is belief in a god or gods.

  • @TheClickCinema Obviously you do care other wise you wouldn't have commented me in the first place, or commented back.. And I did no 'play of words' I am just showing that atheists do the same thing religious people do. You see I subscribe to this person and agree with what he says, only I agree to the point that this also includes atheists. Everything that he deals with while speaking to religious people, I get while speaking to atheists.

  • @fuckallahandislam Are you sure???

  • He's right, Atheism is a belief.

  • Let me just outline this for you theists. Atheists do not fear that what they do not believe in. In other words, threatening us with Hell is like threatening us with pixies that piss in our faces. Bring some evidence and reason to the party or the Bouncer will toss your sorry asses onto the pavement.

PS- No bullshitting me for posting this. I've had enough of creationist tosh for today.

  • BUDDY YOU SHOULD TURN TO THE LORD.YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT IF YOU DON,T. MARK MY WORDS THE EVILONE WILL TARE YOUR SOLE APART

  • @tarryarah hahaha lol tear his "sole" apart? turning to god is a pretty big price just for a shoe buddy :)

  • now your probably thinking im an idiot who cant spell or your just plain angry? THIS DOESNT MATTER. choose to let go. like i said logic means nothing. the fact that im spelling these words you see spelt correctly is only to communicate. LIVE IN TRUE BLISS

  • logic and science mean nothing...they are all dellusions. wake up. its right in front of you waiting for you to REACH OUT and grasp it. ur mumbo jumbo does nothing but put you farther in the whole. WAKE FROM YOUR ACCOMA AND FEEL WHAT LIFE REALLY IS

  • @ExplosiveNutSack Hi, I just wanted to ask you one simple thing. WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? Thanks.

  • Let me ask you Christians a question,

Is Jesus willing to prevent evil, but not able?

    Then he is not omnipotent.

Is he able, but not willing?

    Then he is malevolent.

Is he both able and willing?

    Then whence cometh evil?

Is he neither able nor willing?

    Then why call him God?

  • Even if I completely agree with what you say, I don't think there's really a point to making videos if you only stand there and regurgitate your notes like a speech synthesizer. The videos in which you speak and develop ideas naturally are far more enjoyable.

  • My only real dispute with atheism is that just as many christians treat Atheists as hellborne lost souls, many atheists treat christians and other religious individuals as foolish morons lacking in logical capability. I personally believe that at the very least a religion provides moral fiber to shape one into a good person. absolute truth of whether that god exists or not, extremists nonwithstanding. There are the sort that will use religion as an excuse for something, as you said.

  • @Pogiforce a religion provides moral fiber the way a rogue antispyware program provides protection from spyware. It provides the guise of moral fiber, just as the rogue antispyware program will flash "Computer infected! Run our program to get rid of it, oh and pay us money" on the screen. But almost always, the morals you're supposed to adhere to are as suspect as the reasons you're supposed to adhere to them. Morals don't need threats. Laws do. They are false morals, enforced by empty threats.

  • Your use of the term believe is misplaced. belief is generally spoken in the context of faith, without presentable, palpable evidence. According to my psych teacher, what you speak of in terms of the sky and the stucco isn't a term of belief, but in terms of reasoning or logic. You can feel the texture of the stucco, therefore you reason that the stucco is so.

Other than that though your argument seems well put together. Even as a christian I have to respect it.

  • This is good stuff. Very logical.

  • I wil also like to take this time To Apologise for the times i had a pop at ya when iw as a chrsitian for ur beliefs I sincerly do apologise

  • I was at one point a Christian now i am a Theist!! I think the Bible is a load of Bull!! I Reject the chrsitian God or anyother God for that matter becasue of hell No God that creates such a place deserves NO Worship. However I don't beleive in those Gods. But I do believe in the Afterlife anda divine creator

  • Young man with respect, You are just babbling. You sound as if you are trying to confuse others and it is back firing on you. On the timeline 2:48, why are you playing on words? You know what you are being told. You sound smart to the non-thinkers but I see through your ignorance. Timeline 4:38-Why didnt you just say that instead of babbling. "Satan is the author of confusion".

  • I have found God for the second time today! I was a backsliden Christian for a few years, but i feel Gods love, it is soo real i cant believe it! I dont need any science or logic to tell me otherwise. God is supernatural so science cant prove him wrong!! It feels so good to have a relationship with God, it feels like warm blanket is always around you! And like you have a friend that will never leave!!

  • Bro, great vid and all but, I thin you set the bar a tad waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to high for the "educated" people. Great content and all but I thin the rednecks will just tl;dr the stuff.

  • @Neoblitzer if the bar is just a tad to high it means it just barely too high. Therefore, the bar isn't waaaaayyyy to high if its just barely too high. Sorry, I like TJ and all I was just bothered by that sentence lol.

  • And where does all your so called "non- belief" lead to........... nowhere... so shut the hell up.

  • Where does non-belief lead? It leads to your mind, and if there is not much there, then yes, it leads to nowhere. With beliefs you follow a script that leads you to be manipulated by other men. Put money in the basket or you're going to hell! Pay carbon credits or the world will end!

  • oh you couldn't be more right dude.... this is a very descriptive video for the christians who still listen to steryotype

  • The answer to that is simple, and follows the tone and several direct quotes from this video.

You can support the troops themselves without supporting the actions their superiors are forcing them to do.

  • Good times?

In all seriousness you just stated that you do not like his video because he threw around a "lofty vocabulary"? So you weighed his statements and according to your disapproval you found them invalid, correct?

Then what was the purpose of saying more than "I didn't like your video." Leaving the justification, and examples aside? I enjoyed reading your comment, but I think it was a bit much...to much unneccessary "junk" and I use that term very very loosely.

  • Rather go back to the source of the things that they claimed. If that would not make sense to you, you do have a case. This is because they too have misinterpreted the same things.

  • I guess non believer as a word means not believing in something. So one must take the word spoken at them in context as much as they expect it to be spoken at them in context, I think. You may call be a non believer if you wish :)

On the second thing that you addressed, if you don't say that you rejected God doesn't have to mean that you have accepted God - True. But i ask that you not interpret God as the "bad cases" of the people you have taken.

  • Allah au akbar, <3

  • Great vid!

btw, you look like Michael Moore. haha

  • god or no god... its a game of debate. but why argue about whos right or wrong when we can just help the world? little things matter i guess....

  • Well, I tend to agree with the "non-believer" statements. but not like "yes, your right my good sir" but more so like "yeah, yeah. okai. going now, bai"

  • what do christians have to fear if god dosent exist? living a happpy fufilled life of helping others and making the world a better place when they could have lived a self indulgent life. but who cares? your rotting in the ground. what do athiests have to fear if he does? Answering to the wrath of god for a life of ignorance and sin. You had better be pretty sure about your beliefs because your going to be dead for a long long time choose wisely.

  • @baakibaaki

If you "believe" in god for the simple reason of going to heaven, then you're disgusting as a christian and a human being as a whole.

  • There are no real Christians.

If you REALLY believed God has a plan for you, and works in mysterious ways- you would NEVER wear a seat belt.

God will protect you- won't he?

  • @AnonymousUbiquity

I'm not sure about what everyone else's opinion is on this, but, no He wouldn't. I don't think God really controls any part of the physical world. I think He lets events go on without Him trying to change them.

  • So if he doesn't control the physical world... why pray for anything ever?

  • @AnonymousUbiquity

I think praying is for spiritual benefit.

  • @AnonymousUbiquity

when its time its time, but theres not point in living a life of less quality because of a choice, although that choice can have either consequence.

  • @burtonlegand

But if your god protects you (takes you when it's your time), then why NOT unicycle over the grand canyon without practice or leap between buildings.

If you survive it then it's both an adrenaline rush and an awesome story.

But I believe that I can die for any reason so I use caution. Maybe I should pick me up some religion.

  • Thou shall not test god 4.7

  • @baakibaaki Your comment makes it seem like all Christians are good, caring people, while all atheists are ignorant and sinful.

  • You:"hey im an atheist, and i think ill talk like some douche to prove my smartness and maybe mommy will hug me, blah blah blah blah , i wounder if starbucks is open" ......:D smock a joint bro and see if theres no god, all your problems GONE,,,, work of god hommie :)

  • Also christianity is fascism
