Quite frankly l hold the govermant of Tasmania resonsible 3 reasons.

1. Why there was not enough police numbers.

2. Why no police checks on a mentaly ill patient iq of 65 average iq is 120

I was around the convicts chapel when I realized that it was the massacre site, asked the friend I was with to confirm it and then left soon after.
