it is pretty simple, first get a clean plate of just the background, then just mask around the guy, so that the foreground is separate and then animate it, then add all sorts of stuff in between the foreground character and the background clean plate.

first 1 is indeed 96 quite better beings from CKY, the 2nd one is a song that's called 'original style', but I have no id what the artist is.. (I just had that song on my computer, I must have downloaded it once..)
