Interesting debate M8, I'd have to say that Celtic and Rangers, with access to the Sky millions and the mega support they both have would challenge for the title within 5 years. Don't forget Celtic, on a shoe string budget, have beaten Man Utd, Milan, Barcelona, Juventus, Liverpool and Lyon in recent years. Wayne Rooney cost more than their entire squad and they still held UND in Glasgow. Don't be fooled or blinded by arrogance, these clubs would be massive in the EPL.
