Pause the game, open up game options, and change the difficulty settings so they're as high as they can go. Punch all the rats, then before they attack you change the difficulty back to the easiest setting. After that, just block or run into a wall to increase your block or heavy/light armor and maybe athletics (if you run).

Get two or more of the same scroll (e.g. two starlights)

Hold block and enter your inventory.

Select the scrolls twice.

Then drop the item you want to duplicate.

@Leohuizar the duplication works but the first one he did doesn't... do the second one but ignore the start to attack thing... just double click a pack of magic scrolls then drop the item you want to duplicate... it will lag ALOT... especially if you do it to lock picks and the rest of it works too cause they aren't glitches

You could also use the skill stacking glitch to get about 10,000 magicka and a couple hundred willpower and never need a pot for training again :)

just continue to use the open very easy lock spell on any door cost 3 mn i did it with 180 willpower uber mn regain ftw lol, theres also an easy but time consuming way to raise sneak in the begining in the prison before you talk to the dark elf, go to the wall that opens on the bed, and just sneak (or run) into the left corner and just press the a button every 5 mins so the remote doesn't shut off, in 4 hours you have 100 sneak woohoo... or in 6 hours 100 athletics... or go to 80

ther is a new scroll duping method that no patch is made for and works on any version of oblivion. just search for it on youtube its very simple.
