  • black dude said 30 reps, i counted 10, the other 20 "reps" were lil 5 inch bounces of his chest.. if this was the actual nfl combine which u say ur training for, u woulda had only 10 of those counted.. lock every rep out and i bet u only get 20, maybe.. do it right especially if ur saying ur a collegiate athlete and training for the nfl combine because kids look at you to be the example, so lead by example and do shit right

  • @bsleagles36 I agree fully. Kid did 30 reps of 135 in my high school combine. He benched like this. I got 27 and I locked mine out. Way i was always taught. Kid still got first and I got second. It is a pussy way of benching...

  • sorry but if you look at the nuts on the rack, the first 18 were at the second then when he dies he locks out 5 inches higher! Full reps please

  • Sorry for delay in replies. Took test at Syracuse in summer and completed 27 reps with full lock out and pause at bottom.

  • its nice but how many reps can you that would count on NFL ?

  • If you don't slow down, control the weight, lock out, and stop bouncing that shit off ur chest, they would tell you to bounce out. Ill give you 18 with perfect form.

  • Thats is crap you didnt even lock out on half of them the combine wouldnt of even counted those!!!!
